PINKIES™ process is intentionally simple. We begin with pure Belgian chocolate, chosen for its exceptional melt and guided into an award-winning Selmi tempering machine. At just the right moment, we fold in finely milled mushrooms, followed by freeze-dried fruits—ground with care so the chocolate’s smoothness and depth remain uncompromised. Throughout production, the chocolate stays perfectly tempered as we craft more than 10,000 bars each week.

That’s truly it. The rest of the magic is nature’s work: nutrient-rich soils from Africa and New Zealand, yielding some of the finest fruits on earth. Follow this same process, and you’ll arrive at the very same PINKIES™ chocolate we make—nothing more, nothing less.
